Basic Function of the Position:
The incumbent provides photographic support for internal and external Mission purposes. Develops and manages a print studio for Mission Brazil’s graphic design output. Is responsible for providing support for mobile computer and multimedia events for ICASS subscribers. Mobile computing equipment includes but is not limited to mobile phones, tablets and laptops. Multimedia equipment includes but is not limited to cameras, microphones, video recorders, projectors, Smart Boards, lighting and sound mixing equipment.
Is responsible for overseeing the installation of multimedia equipment and respective training of personnel. Is responsible for all connections of the mobile computing and multimedia equipment to communications networks such as Dedicated Internet Networks (DINs). Is responsible for performing the IT annual inventory via ILMS portal for ISC section. Prepares and sanitizes IT equipment that will be sent to auction.
